| Review by admin: The company behind this product is Optimum Nutrition and they already have a successful protein supplement in their 100% Whey protein supplement. This protein supplement however is a Casein protein supplement so it as the name suggest contains 100 percent Casein protein. Casein is a slower digesting protein and gets absorbed by the body at a much slower rate so it is used more for a pre-bed protein shake. The only bad thing about this product is that it only comes in 5 flavors, but at least the flavors are good ones. |
