MRM Chrysin 500 Review
Review Date: Oct 17, 2009
Category: Estrogen Blockers

Chrysin 500 by MRM is a pretty basic anti-estrogen supplement in that it only contains one ingredient and that is Chrysin, which is also known as flavone x. Now scientifically speaking Chrysin is referred to as 5, 7-dihydroxyflavone. Chrysins claim to fame is that it has been show in a few scientific studies to inhibit the aromatase enzyme that converts testosterone to estrogen.

Novedex XT Reviews
Review Date: Oct 17, 2009
Category: Estrogen Blockers

Novedex XT by Gaspari Nutrition is hands down one of the best over the counter estrogen blockers or anti-estrogens on the market. This is a big statement but one that I think most people who have used this supplement will support with out much argument. Novedex is designed to block the conversion of testosterone to estrogen thus resulting in a greater production of testosterone by the body. Gaspari Nutrition claims this product is proven to increase natural testosterone production by 400% above baseline levels, and the feedback from users seems to support a massive increase of this amount.

A lot of users are reporting side effects such as insomnia, acne, sore joints and more, which are all indicators of increased testosterone levels or in the case of sore joints low estrogen levels. So you know it is working but in the case of sore joints maybe too well, as the body needs some estrogen to work optimally. If there was ever a sure bet in the supplement market this would be it, you can buy it knowing it will work for you and you will get something out of it.

Novedex XT Proprietary Blend 60mg
6, 17-keto-etiocholeve-3-ol tetrahydropyranol
3, 17-keto-etiochol-triene
3’,5,7-trihydroxy-4’-methoxyflavone

Olympian Labs DIM Review
Review Date: Oct 17, 2009
Category: Estrogen Blockers

Olympian Labs DIM as they call it is a anti-estrogen supplement with just one single ingredient in it and that is DIM, which is short for Diindolylmethane. Dim is found in cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, cabbage, Brussels Sprouts and Cauliflower just to name a few. Scientific evidence suggests that Dim works by increasing estrogen metabolism, and causes a decrease in bad estrogen and an increase in the good estrogen. Below are what Olympian Labs claims are the benefits of their Dim supplement.

-Promotes healthy estrogen metabolism and balance.
-Helps promote the conversion of estrogen to its 2-hydroxyestrogen metabolites and reduces production of the 16-hydroxyestrogen metabolites.
-Stimulates detoxification enzyme systems.
-Increase testosterone production.

SciFit Chrysin Extra Strength Review
Review Date: Oct 18, 2009
Category: Estrogen Blockers

Chrysin Extra Strength by SciFit is a Chrysin based anti-estrogen. The sole ingredient in Chrysin Extra Strength is 750mg of Chrysin (Dihydroxyflavone). The price of this supplement for what it is seems a bit high, and if you search you can find a lower priced Chrysin supplement.
