Optimum like every other supplement company has a ZMA product to help users increase their testosterone levels. Optimum has tried to better the usual ZMA product by making a patented blend for this product. Optimum does not make any crazy claims about this product they just state the facts that it may increase testosterone levels in well trained athletes and those deficient in Zinc and magnesium. Optimum recommends that this product be used in combination with creatine, glutamine or HMB for greater results. Optimu makes good quality products so this ZMA supplement is no different but it does not bring anything new to the ZMA supplement market so if you already have a ZMA product you like you might as well stick with it, but if you don't then it is definitely worth trying.
