The makers of BSN Syntha-6 in any description I read hype this product to the ninth degree, and in some cases take it way over the top. Lets keep in mind this is just a protein supplement and lets face it how great can you make it!

BSN actually writes in one write up that "Produces "ridiculously delicious" protein drinks." and that it makes "mouthwatering shakes" Now most hardcore bodybuilders do not really care about taste as long as it works, so to focus on the taste and to not really mention anything about the muscle building benefits makes me question if this product is any different than the lower priced protein powders on the market.

I guess if taste is your main criteria this might be the protein for you.

Cyto Gainer is the weight gainer developed by CytoSport. This is a very well designed weight gainer supplement as it focuses on using complex carbohydrates instead of simple sugars to get the added calories that weight gainers have to deliver. The majority of weight gainers on the market are just stuffed with sugar and a little protein and people bulk up because they are getting fat from the simple sugars that they are ingesting at an alarming rate. Cyto Gainer has a good helping of protein per serving of 54 grams, and this protein is high quality Whey protein, so you know it is good. In addition to the high quality whey protein CytoSports has beefed this weight gainer up with the following.

Weight gainers have for the most part faded from the supplement seen as the majority of them are crap full of simple sugars that make you fat, but with good quality weight gainers such as cyto gainer these supplements might gains some popularity again.

Cytosport Muscle Milk Review

CytoSport actually does not hype this product that much in their ads and the fanciest wording I could find that they use for Muscle Milk is the following "evolutionary muscle formula that promotes efficient fat burning, increased strength, lean muscle growth and fast recovery from exercise." and this is more or less just stating facts.

I like a company that does not hype their product too much and really lets the supplement do the talking for them and this product does just that.

Muscle Milk by cytosport is one of the best protein blends on the supplement market today and it is also full of other good stuff like vitamins and minerals.

The special protein mix in Muscle Milk is called EVOPRO and consists of the following Calcium, And Sodium Caseinate, Milk Protein Isolate, Whey Protein Isolate, Whey Protein Concentrate, Whey Peptides, Lactoferrin, L-Glutamine, Taurine.

I would highly recommend this protein powder to anyone looking for a solid well rounded protein. OH! did I mention it comes in 21 different flavors:)

MyoFusion is Gaspari Nutrition patented protein blend that is suppose to give great muscle building protein and results. As with most protein blends the only thing that separates them is the advertising and hype! this product is solid and contains your typical blend of Whey, casein, and egg protein, so it should do the job of providing your muscles the amino acids they need.
There is really not much to review with this supplement as it is solid and well designed but again does not offer anything more than the other protein blends, so try it if you like Gaspari products, but if you already have a protein blend you are using and like this is not the product to switch for.
