Optimum Opti-Men is definitely not your typical multivitamin, it contains all the usual vitamins and minerals but it has been packed with tons of other great ingredients.

Opti-Men has been designed with 5 special blends in it to help increase a mans physical performance.

Amino-Blend - Contains 8 key free-form acids (including Arginine, Glutamine, and BCAAs), the building blocks of lean muscle growth and development.

Viri-Blend - Contains 8 exotic botanicals and marine concentrates designed to enhance your male edge.

Phyto-Blend - Contains over 20 antioxidant-rich fruit and vegetable concentrates to help combat free radicals.

Enzy-Blend - Contains 4 specific enzymes for enhanced nutrition digestion and absorption.

Opti-Blend - Comprehensive nutritional coverage with 25 vitamins and essential minerals with an emphasis on antioxidants and B-vitamins.

As you can see Opti-Men has really gone above and beyond what any other mens multivitamin is doing right now. I would highly recommend this multivitamin to anyone interested in getting a great multivitamin and as a bonus some other performance enhancing supplements in it.

Universal Animal Pak Review

The makers of Animal Pak claim this product has been the best selling vitamin and mineral training pak in the world since 1984! If this is actually true than this might just been the must trusted supplement ever! Now one thing we can verify is that Animal Pak won the multi-vitamin of the year in 2008 from bodybuilding.com so you know it is popular and trusted among the majority of buyers on bodybuilding.com.

Each Animal Pak contains 11 pills that the company claims has been formulated to deliver what your body needs and help prevent any "nutritional gaps." Now there are far too many ingredients in Animal Pak for me to talk about in this brief review but as far as I am concerned it is the best and most complete bodybuilding and fitness multi-vitamin on the market today, and the awards mentioned at the start of the review can vouch for that.
