Novedex XT by Gaspari Nutrition is hands down one of the best over the counter estrogen blockers or anti-estrogens on the market. This is a big statement but one that I think most people who have used this supplement will support with out much argument. Novedex is designed to block the conversion of testosterone to estrogen thus resulting in a greater production of testosterone by the body. Gaspari Nutrition claims this product is proven to increase natural testosterone production by 400% above baseline levels, and the feedback from users seems to support a massive increase of this amount.

A lot of users are reporting side effects such as insomnia, acne, sore joints and more, which are all indicators of increased testosterone levels or in the case of sore joints low estrogen levels. So you know it is working but in the case of sore joints maybe too well, as the body needs some estrogen to work optimally. If there was ever a sure bet in the supplement market this would be it, you can buy it knowing it will work for you and you will get something out of it.

BSN has added a bunch of new ingredients to this supplement and not just random ingredients with big fancy names to entice people to buy it. If you read the label and see the ingredients you will be surprised they are offering it for such a reasonable price. If you are a user of the original NO-Xplode then you should definitely try NO-Xplode NT.

Bodybuilding.com has awarded it best supplement in its category 2 years in a row so their claim might have some validity. BSN claims N.O.-Xplode increases energy, motivation, blood flow and oxygen uptake while in the gym if you take this product prior to working out.

If this is actually true than this might just been the must trusted supplement ever! Now one thing we can verify is that Animal Pak won the multi-vitamin of the year in 2008 from bodybuilding.com so you know it is popular and trusted among the majority of buyers on bodybuilding.com.

Each Animal Pak contains 11 pills that the company claims has been formulated to deliver what your body needs and help prevent any "nutritional gaps." Now there are far too many ingredients in Animal Pak for me to talk about in this brief review but as far as I am concerned it is the best and most complete bodybuilding and fitness multi-vitamin on the market today, and the awards mentioned at the start of the review can vouch for that.
