Cell-Tech Hardcore Pro Series
Review Date: Oct 29, 2009
Category: Creatine

Cell-Tech Hardcore Pro Series is the newest version of the original Cell-Tech developed by MuscleTech. The orignal Cell-Tech took creatine and creatine delivery to the next level by adding insulin stimulating ingredients to help shuttle the creatine into the muscle cells. Well Cell-Tech Hardcore Pro Series does the same thing but to a much greater extent. Cell-Tech Hardcore Pro Series has a greater number of ingredients than the original version and this increase in creatine shuttling ingredients results in a much greater saturation of the muscle cell with creatine.

Below is a quick overview of the main ingredients

CreaMax (Ultra-Pure HPLC-Certified Micro-Diffuse Creatine) 10,000 mg
Creatine monohydrate
Creatine phosphate (N-omega phosphocreatine)
Creatine pyruvate
Osmodrolm 2,608 mg
SyntheCell
Glycine
L-methionine
L-arginine
Cell-Vol
Taurine
L-glutamine
L-glutamic acid
L-lysine HCI
Chain FX
L-leucine
L-isoleucine
L-valine
Alpha-ketoglutarate
lnsuloDriveP 1,000 mg
L-aspartic acid
L-phenylalanine
Inosine
L-arginine pyroglutamate

VPX NO Shotgun Reviews
Review Date: Oct 10, 2009
Category: Nitric Oxide

Vpx the makers of NO-shotgun claim that it will actually increase the number of muscle DNA or something along those lines, and this increase in muscle DNA is suppose result in greater muscle growth. Apparently there is a university study showing the increase after consuming NO-shotgun for one month, the results are listed below.

Lean Mass - 181.1% greater gains

Bench Press Strength - 1108.2% greater gains

Leg Press Strength - 53.5% greater gains

Myofibrillar Protein - 107.2% greater gains

Total Muscle DNA - 148.65% greater gains

Myogenic Regulatory Factors - 515.0% greater increase (Myo-D)

As you can see these claims are pretty impressive but seem to be too good to be true! If these figures are right this supplement would be the biggest breakthrough since steroids! I am sure this supplement works as the ingredient list is full of tried and true supplements and amino acids that do work and are proven to work, but as with most supplement companies I think VPX has blown up the facts to create more buzz and sales.

Amino 2222 Softgels Reviews
Review Date: Oct 09, 2009
Category: Amino Acids

Contains 2,222 grams of essential amino acids per serving. The amino acids L-Ornithine and L-Carnitine have been added to this product for added benefit. The manufacturer has put the product into softgels instead of pill form as they claim it makes it easier to ingest and the absorption is suppose to be improved by this also.

Cytosport Muscle Milk Review
Review Date: Oct 10, 2009
Category: Protein Powders

CytoSport actually does not hype this product that much in their ads and the fanciest wording I could find that they use for Muscle Milk is the following "evolutionary muscle formula that promotes efficient fat burning, increased strength, lean muscle growth and fast recovery from exercise." and this is more or less just stating facts.

I like a company that does not hype their product too much and really lets the supplement do the talking for them and this product does just that.

Muscle Milk by cytosport is one of the best protein blends on the supplement market today and it is also full of other good stuff like vitamins and minerals.

The special protein mix in Muscle Milk is called EVOPRO and consists of the following Calcium, And Sodium Caseinate, Milk Protein Isolate, Whey Protein Isolate, Whey Protein Concentrate, Whey Peptides, Lactoferrin, L-Glutamine, Taurine.

I would highly recommend this protein powder to anyone looking for a solid well rounded protein. OH! did I mention it comes in 21 different flavors:)
